2026 Ferrum Farm and Craft Market Vendor Application

Mission: To provide a vibrant marketplace for local producers that strengthens the rural economy and increases fresh food access in Western Franklin County.

Information: The market will run from April 17th, 2026 through October 9, 2026. These are Fridays. The market will be open to customers from 3pm until 7pm. On the First Friday of every month, there will be a dinner vendor and (hopefully) entertainment or a themed event. Opening Day will include the dedication of the new Ferrum Farm and Craft Market playground. This year, there will be a nominal vendor fee. This fee will go towards advertising, promoting and managing the market.

Reserved Vendor Spaces: Vendors who pre-pay for the season will receive a reserved spot at the market so that their customers can find them more easily, and will receive a custom sign that will stay at their reserved site for the entirety of the season.

Payment:

Seasonal (or monthly) vendors should use the online portal to reserve their spots in advance and so that we may order seasonal vendor's custom signs in time for the Opening Day Celebration:

*Please Note*

This year, there will be a limit of 4 baked goods vendors on a first come, first reserved basis to avoid oversaturation. If we receive more than 4 applications for baked goods, we will create a waiting list.
